Plotting Your Storyline One Column at a Time

  • Yukon Church 11715 Northwest 10th Street Yukon, OK, 73099 United States (map)

If you’re pulling out your hair and yelling any of these phrases, then it’s time for an outline:

  • “I have no idea what’s supposed to come next!”

  • “My story isn’t going anywhere!”

  • “How many more plot holes can one story take?!”

Plotting your story doesn’t have to be a hair-pulling experience if you follow a method that works best for your brain. Gary Medina and Shayla Raquel are teaming up to give you two different storyline plotting methods that work for the macro thinker and the micro thinker. Shayla will tackle the macro level by teaching us how to plot a storyline chapter by chapter. Gary will teach the micro side by showing us how to plot scene by scene.

Keeping it simple with a Google Doc, Shayla and Gary will show you how to create a storyline column sheet that works for your brain.
