Got a $0 book marketing budget? No fear! Book bloggers can help you reach your audience without breaking the bank.
In this workshop, we’ll be learning all about the book blogger world. A book blogger is someone who will read your book (in ebook or print form) and write an honest review on their blog and/or social media. I’m a huge advocate of pitching to book bloggers because:
1. It’s completely free if you choose bloggers who do not charge.
2. It’s an outstanding way to get better visibility by using their bookish community.
3. The book bloggers’ readers trust them, so they will click that Amazon order button with hardly any coercion.
Critique handouts are due for:
Before you get started on your critique handout, please refer to our Critique Submission Guidelines. Shayla will tag you in the Yukon Writers’ Society Group the day before with a headcount so you know how many to bring.
Critique feedback is due for:
We will be discussing our feedback as a group to help Sarah and Janey learn and grow as writers.
Melissa is in charge of snacks this week! Thank you!
